Regulation 2016/679 of the European Union, more commonly known as the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), was passed on 27 April 2016 and becomes mandatory for all Member States of the European Union on 25 May 2018.
Upper Development is certified according to the data protection standard ISO 27001:2013, and also has a Data Protection Officer (DPO).
